1930年代のAmerican Red Cross の手編みニットがベース。本来では存在しない前開きの構造を加えて、カーディガンとして設計。

通常のダメージ加工に加え、塩縮加工を施すことで、生から穿いたような、シワ・ヒゲ等のユーズド感を実現した。

オリジナルはドライタッチのウールだが、粗野ながらも履きやすさを意識し、シルクネップの生地を採用した。製品染めを施すことにより、自然な縫い代のアタリ、しわ感が生まれた。
